1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or peak demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Orders (within India): 4–7 business days
- International Orders: 10–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order value. Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders above a certain amount.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used Ayurvedic products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ayurvedicupcharmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used Ayurvedic products.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
